What are the sizing measurements?

Processing time?

We ship once a week. During busy times we will ship a second day during the week as well. 

Small items (prints/stickers) can take around 1-2 days. If you need your item sooner or for a specific date please message me and I can try my best to accommodate. 

Big items (shirts, totes, etc) may need to be printed to order if not currently in stock. If you need items by a certain date please let me know with an email as soon as you place your order (and include your order number). This is a one woman show so please be patient and understand this  takes time. If your item is in stock it will take up to a week before shipping. 

 

How do you do shipping? 

Tshirts / Hoodies / Totes can be sent First Class or as Priority Mail. Priority includes a tracking number, insurance and can take 1-3 days once shipped. First class will take longer, has limited tracking and does not have insurance. If you are worried about your order being lost or damaged while shipping I strongly suggest ordering priority mail. 

Prints and stickers are sent as First Class in a flat mailer with plastic sleeve and sturdy cardboard. It can take about a week once shipped. There is tracking available. 

*MAKE SURE your address is correct. Please double check. I can't be held responsible if you give the wrong address and it's shipped there.*

*If your item is lost in the mail it is not my responsibility to refund you.*

 

Do you take custom orders?

Sometimes. It depends on my schedule, when you ask me, and what your timeline is.

Washing? 

T-shirts and other apparel are usually 100% cotton material (the listing will tell you specifics).  Washing instructions are on the label. They are usually pre-shrunk so they should not shrink if you wash and dry them in a machine. 

For pillows spot treating is prefered

 

Returns? Exchanges?

Custom orders are NOT returnable. 

All other items have a two week period (once the item reaches you) to be returned for a refund or exchanged. Customers will pay for shipping both ways. 

*Make sure your address is correct because if it is NOT correct and is shipped to the wrong location, no refund or sending of the items again can happen.*
